The mission of Becoming is to provide leaders in the non-profit sector with a unique approach to learning that drives personal and professional growth. We offer a small group model that focuses on a holistic approach toward character development that enables our clients to lead from a healthy and productive place.

What We Offer

Groups are co-led by Andronique and Robin, trained coaches and counselors who specialize in character and leadership development and provide space for you to process life and support one another on your growth path. We have worked extensively in leadership roles in both the non-profit and the private sector. We are both trained counselors and coaches, and our background is such that we can support your growth process.

Introductory Experience

We recognize that this is a new model for many people. We offer an introductory experience of five sessions. Each session is an hour and a half. This introductory experience gives you an understanding of the personal and professional growth model we use, along with our unique approach.

  • Meet for 1.5 hours for five sessions, bi-weekly
  • Intro to what a group coaching model is
  • Brief structured lessons on character/leadership development and building healthy relationships
  • Brief homework assignments between sessions to practice skills
  • Growth processing

Intro Experience- $65 per group- 5 sessions- $325 total

Intermediate Experience

If you have worked with leadership and character growth models and want to deepen your knowledge and process your experiences as a leader, we recommend joining our Intermediate Experience.

  • Meet for 2 hours, bi-weekly, for a 5-month duration
  • Expand on structured lessons
  • Group activities to build problem-solving skills
  • Brief homework assignments between sessions to practice skills
  • Extended processing opportunities

Intermediate Experience- $75 per group- 10 sessions- $750 total

(2 payments of $375)

Advanced Experience

For others who are more seasoned in this model and more experienced in being a part of growth experiences, we recommend that you become part of the Advanced Experience. This group will meet for three hours once per month for nine months. This experience provides a much deeper connection with fellow group members and more extensive training in character and leadership development, processing emotions, and building healthy relationships.

(Max 5-6 members)

  • Meet for 3 hours, for nine sessions, once per month
  • More extensive structured lessons in character and leadership development
  • More space is provided for processing
  • More extensive resources are provided to work independently between sessions
  • Mastermind Coaching

Advanced Experience: $150 per session- 9 sessions- $1,350 total

$1,200 if paid upfront (saves $150)

We offer an Introductory Placement Session-. Free of Charge

  • A 30-minute discussion with one of our coaches to assess which would be the best fit for you!
  • For those who are a little unclear about where they might start
  • This will give you a better understanding of whether you would be part of the introductory, intermediate, or advanced experience.
