Who Are You Becoming?
The mission of Becoming is to provide leaders a unique approach to personal and professional growth that encompasses the power of connection.
How we do this:
Our model will help you:
My journey into leadership didn't begin with confidence—it
began with becoming.
Before the titles, the roles, and the responsibilities, there
was a quiet desire in my heart to help people grow. I've
always naturally coached others, listened deeply, and walked
with them through their challenges, but I never imagined that
this would one day take shape on an organizational scale. I
certainly didn't see myself as a leader. If anything, the
struggles, the loneliness, and the weight that often come with
leadership made me question whether I belonged there at all.
Yet it was those very experiences; the stretching, the refining, the moments where I had to choose growth over comfort that shaped my passion to support leaders working in nonprofit spaces. Leaders who give so much but often feel isolated. Leaders who are navigating personal and professional pressure without a place to process it. My own journey showed me how critical it is to have support, clarity, and community, and it birthed a desire to help others move past frustration and into purpose.
Professionally, I've spent more than 13 years serving individuals and families across Massachusetts. I hold a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology and have worked as an Outpatient Therapist, Family Therapist, Community Liaison, and Program Director through agency contracts with the Department of Mental Health, the Department of Developmental Services, the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services, and the Department of Public Health's Traumatic Brain Injury Unit. I also serve as a leader at a local church, where my faith continues to inform how I lead, serve, and show up for others.
But I didn't build this vision alone. In 2013, I met my now-business partner, Robin McCatty. We were two like-minded women determined, as Robin would say, to become “better humans.” Our conversations—full of honesty, curiosity, challenge, and growth—became the foundation of something bigger than both of us. Through our shared experiences, different perspectives, and mutual commitment to personal growth, Becoming was born.
Today, we're honored to share what we've learned with leaders who are ready to grow in courage, clarity, and confidence. Becoming is not just a program—it's the journey we've lived, and the journey we care deeply about guiding others through.
My work begins with people—seeing them, understanding them,
and walking with them through the places where growth
actually happens.
Before the degrees, the certificates, and the roles, there was
a simple truth I couldn't ignore: people become their truest
selves when they feel safe enough to be honest and supported
enough to change. That's why I lead with encouragement,
clarity, and fearless honesty. I'm committed to offering the
relational nutrients that people often don't even know they're
missing—acceptance, validation, affirmation, respect, insight,
and structure.
I've spent years creating spaces where vulnerability isn't risky but restorative, where clients can slow down, open up, and begin to grow. Helping someone “become” isn't just a job for me; it's a calling. It's the foundation of how I show up in every room and every relationship.
This heart for people is what brought Becoming to life. As co-founders, Andronique and I bring our own stories of becoming—our growing pains, our breakthroughs, our willingness to confront what needed to change. We've walked this journey personally, and now we're passionate about walking it with leaders who are ready for deeper growth, clarity, and transformation.
Professionally, I bring more than a decade of counseling and coaching experience. I'm a founding leader at my local church, a thriving community I helped build alongside my pastors for the past 12 years. I specialize in supporting neurodiverse teens and young adults with executive functioning, life balance, social integration, and decision-making.
My educational background reflects my commitment to both competence and character. I hold a Master's Degree in Education in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College, a Clinical Training Certificate in Social Thinking, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in the Townsend Model of Competence and Character Growth from Concordia University in Irvine, CA. I also serve as a SYMBIS Facilitator, providing pre-marital counseling for couples preparing to build strong, healthy marriages.
At my core, I help people grow—steadily, honestly, and sustainably. Becoming is the extension of that heart, and I'm honored to walk this journey with you.
